The brief: to create sculptures recording the history of the site which is now a housing development.
In many cultures carnival processions are used to celebrate shared community values. The figures are led by House Man who represents the current development. Behind him the figures relate to the sites history: council rubbish tip, farming land, the repatriation hospital and Hollywood High School.
