Newman - "Safe In Newman"

Commissioned as part of the design and landscaping of the Newman Central Family Park, "Safe In Newman" shows a baby sleeping in a miners hard hat. The work is very popular with the local children who feed and clean it. "Production In Newman" uses the repetitive structure of an ore train to create a sequence where ore wagons gradually morph into prams. In a town of young families, babies rival ore as an important production of the town!
